Former Guilford County Commissioner Plans $6 Million Apartment Community

Former Guilford County Commissioner Skip Alston is planning a $6 million apartment community in south Greensboro. From a story in the TBJ:

The Alston Realty Group has plans to build a $6 million, 84-unit gated apartment community at 1200 S. Eugene St. starting in the next four to five months. The firm is also planning a $5 million renovation of its existing 180-unit Cumberland Courts apartments at 610 Bluford St. in Greensboro, which would start in the next 90 to 120 days.
